Berlin Transport

Berlin has one of the best transport infrastructures in the world. The same ticket is valid on transport on the urban rail (S-Bahn), the metro (U-Bahn), buses and trams.

There are only 3 fare zones :

Zone A : the city centre

Zone B : ending at the city limits

Zone C : stretching out beyond city limits into Berlin’s surroundings (eg Airport Berlin Schonefeld SXF and Potsdam)

Tourists can purchase the Berlin CityTour Card 2015 which is both a ticket for local public transport and an advantage card for 40 tourist attractions.
